NEW JetMaster-ProTM Control System

The JetMaster-Pro is a PLC-based control system to operate the reversing deflector(s) proportional to helm lever movement and position. The system is available with single or dual lever helm control for single or twin-jets respectively. Configurations are also available for triple and quad UltraJet systems.

The JetMaster-Pro is a competitively priced full-featured control system based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and proprietary software developed by Ultra Dynamics for waterjet propulsion.

The system offers many features previously only available on more expensive systems.

The JetMaster-Pro is compatible with Ultra’s jet-mounted and remote hydraulic systems.

Available for all UltraJet models.

Steering
Customer preferred and supplied manual hydraulic steering is typical with the JMP control.


Optional hydraulic power-assisted steering OR electrohydraulic steering using the Kobelt 7172 Electronic Helm, 7166 Compact Electronic Helm, or 7171 steering Control Lever are available from Ultra Dynamics.


The steering of twin jets in monohulls is typically synchronized with a mechanical tie-bar.


Optional electronically synchronized steering for twin jets in catamarans.

JetronicTM Control System

The soon to be introduced full-featured Jetronic waterjet control system driven by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The system features integration of diesel engine, transmission, waterjet, and yacht management functions into a single intuitive vessel control system.

The Jetronic system will be compatible with Ultra’s jet-mounted and remote proportional-valve hydraulic systems.

Will be available for all UltraJet models.

Jetronic Features

All JetMaster-Pro features PLUS:
• CANBUS data transfer to local I/O.
• 32-bit microcontroller.
• Marine-rated data screen for operating mode selection, vessel status, warning symbols, gauges, bar graphs, diagnostics and help text.
• Modes for control of engine throttle only, jet only, or sequential operation of and jets and throttles.
• Integration of engine and transmission controls.
• Drives proportional hydraulic valves for smoother and more precise vessel control.

Jetronic Options

All JetMaster-Pro options PLUS:
• GPS vessel positioning and station hold.
